My story with Intys HR started with a promise, which I decided to trust. I was indeed eager to expand my scope of competence outside of Hard HR and Intys HR made it a commitment.

–     I took the good decision     –

Not only am I able now to cover a large variety of HR competencies but Intys HR made me grow since 2018 to the position of Manager where I can have more impact on the development of our consultants and of Intys HR. This is my way to give back what I’ve received over the years.

Meanwhile I received the opportunity to learn and experience recruitment, HR project management, L&D management, social relations, … I am as well giving internal trainings on social legislation.

And more importantly, I’ve received the incredible chance to work and have fun with beautiful people both at clients and at Intys HR. This is maybe the cherry on top of the delicious cake that is this company: people.
